I’m Rebecca

My mission is to help you feel incredible in your body through empowered movement

I discovered the joy of Pilates quite late in my life. The youngest of my 3 children was at nursery and I had some time to devote to myself.  My body was tired and my mind was busy and I quite literally fell into a Pilates class and never looked back. I quickly fell in love with the positive effect that it had on my body and mental health – the wonderful way of moving the body in both a challenging and nourishing way. 

After practicing Pilates for a number of years, I felt a calling to train as a Pilates coach and enrolled with Body Control Pilates training as a Contemporary Mat Pilates Teacher. Since then, I have worked and trained with many inspirational world-renowned Pilates teachers and studied with the globally recognised Polestar Pilates in their comprehensive studio training programme.

I am here to guide you on your Pilates journey …


Whether you are new to Pilates or have been practicing for years.

I have a style of coaching that is ever moving and evolving, offering positive movement experiences and promoting whole body health with mind and body connection.  I encourage self sufficiency and awareness in movement which can then be taken into your daily lives.
