One-to-One Private Pilates Lessons

Let’s get you loving moving in your body again.

The benefits of having a one-to-one private lesson are many. It gives you the opportunity to get individual attention, focusing on your personal needs and working at your own pace. There is plenty of opportunity to ask questions, to delve deeper into a particular movement that you enjoy or want to understand more in your own body. It also means that we can create a lesson to meet your energy levels dependant on how you are feeling that day.

  • 1:1 Introduction Session - 60 minutes

    Working through your enrolment form, we will discuss your goals, movement and health history. This time will also give you the opportunity to ask me any questions you may have. You will have a movement session, where we can delve deeper into your movement patterns. This session will allow me to devise an ongoing movement programme just for you.

  • 1 : 1 Studio Session - 60 minutes

    This is your time to explore movement and Pilates in your private studio session. Dependant on your needs of that given day, we can work on your goals, have a high energy or calm movement experience, focus on a particular area that you feel needs attention or just to explore and see where the hour takes us.
